“Citadeli” cares about its customers and offers them efficient service

“Citadeli”’s main priority, along with product quality, is to provide customers with a high level of service.

In the service sector it is important to keep up-to-date with current trends; to this end, “Citadeli” is continuously training its employees in service and sales. 

Keti Lobzhanidze, a representative of the Insight Group, leads the training at “Citadeli”.

The aim of the trainings is for employees to develop and improve their existing service skills.
